I like that each session is different and you allow my emotions to guide us through each week. You are so open and create such a safe space for me to share and work through everything. You also explain everything so well! I struggle with how to express my emotions through words and you lay it all out for me in a way I can understand.
I’ve struggled with anxiety for years, and nothing seemed to help until I took this course. The step-by-step guidance and support were incredible. The course materials are easy to follow, and the techniques really work. I especially loved the grounding exercises and the journaling prompts. I’m now able to manage my anxiety effectively and feel so much lighter and freer. Highly recommend it to anyone struggling with anxiety!

I really enjoyed the first week. I like how the course kept me accountable. I also learned new things about what anxiety actually is. It was cool to learn that anxiety is not always a bad thing. It's nice to feel hopeful that it will get better.
